How we make money, and why it never changes the order
How stores are ranked
Every comparison is ordered by the delivered price: the item price plus delivery to your postcode, after any memberships you've told us about. Out-of-stock listings go to the bottom.
Whether a store pays us, how much it pays, or whether it pays at all never affects where it appears. Stores that don't pay us are shown in exactly the same way.
Which links earn us money
- Links to stores in affiliate programs we belong to, through networks such as Commission Factory, Impact, Rakuten Advertising, Partnerize and Awin.
- Links to eBay through the eBay Partner Network, and to Amazon Australia through the Amazon Associates program, once we're accepted.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
What we compare, and what we don't
We don't cover every store in Australia, and some stores only appear for some products. The Stores page lists every store we check, how each one is read, and the ones we can't check yet.
Prices change often. Each price shows when we last checked it. Delivery costs are labelled exact (the store told us), rule (from the store's published delivery rules) or estimate (the store doesn't publish a fee, so we assume a typical one). Always confirm the final price at the store's checkout.
Price history and “lowest price”
Stores don't publish their past prices. “Lowest we've seen” means the lowest delivered price we have recorded since we started tracking that product.
